This is a party for friends and friends of friends. an intimate gathering with great people, music, and a beautiful setting. We take over a Manor house, Vibe to brill DJs, nosh down on delish food, Do all manner of crafts and have a great time together.For 2026 we party in style in a huggggeee Manor house - no camping this year! A whole 270 acres of private land all to ourselves! The site has a wild lake for swimming, private woodlands, a swimming pool, a ballroom, two living rooms and a games room. It's Massive!📅 When & Where?

Cost
It’s £175 for the whole weekend inclusive of staying in the house and all activities. We’re running this as a complete no-profit, with everything going into the party.
By buying a pass to come it helps to pay a small way towards the high costs associated that make getting a lot of humans in one place a thing!Great news - this year everyone stays indoors - no tents! (Also we're not allowed tents on site so please dont bring them!)Bedrooms
Nearly all rooms will be shared. If you have a preference with who you'll stay / would like to be away or closer to the party rooms, please let us know and we'll try and allocate. Bedrooms will be shared before we all go so you can all swap between selves if theres preferences! Five us us will have to sleep on air beds in existing rooms - still better than a tent! Please bring towels and toiletries as you would with staying away. There are plenty of bathrooms , showers and baths on site.
Offshoot CottageAs we’ve got more interest this year than the house can accomodate we have a offshoot cottage for some people, if you’d prefer to stay here for a bit of space and quiet, let us knowAccomodation

We’re running this DIY as before - we plan on doing communal meals each day all together. We'll be running a kitty again with likely contribution being around £40-50 per person, this year we'll do a rota so everyone gets a small chance to cook / clean up for fairness.
Alcohol
BYOB! There are zero restrictions on how much you can bring but we are not running a bar so, bring enough to last you the whole weekend. Equipment on Site
There is a huge kitchen, pantry space, kettles and fridges on site, no need for camping stoves. Welcome to use the kitchen whenever you'd like.We’re only a tiny event - so please bring snacks to keep you going throughout the days. Schedule & Activities

Get Involved – This Festival is What We Make It
We’d love for everyone to try to bring something to the site. Whether it’s bringing some extra booze to share, running a small workshop or talk, setting up a glitter station, making your DJ debut, helping with transport, or bringing décor to transform the space—every contribution adds to the experience.Like the original Burning Man, we’re inspired by its core principles—participation, creativity, and communal effort. We can organise a Line-Up and Workshops, but the best moments will come from what we all bring to the table.Got an idea but need help making it happen? Talk to us—we’ll see what we can do and we’ll get it on the line up!
